April  2020 New Melones Lake fishing Report and Map

Coho fishing has been decent. Trolling early at arount 10 feet in shallows thenmove to deep and troll at 40 after dawn. Pink Hootchie, Glitter bugs are what's taking fish.

Bass fishing in the shawllows is still happening.

Use top water lures or Senkos. Live Minnows or jigs for Crappie near any structure just about anywhere but they are getting deeper at 15 feet in tributaries:

Bear, Mormon, and Carson Creek.
